This year is my tenth year with TÜV SÜD. I have grown up together with the company from a newbie to a technical service professional, I really appreciate the opportunities from TÜV SÜD due to they are changing my life. My work is routine but important, as a bridge between sales and auditor, we must familiar with various technical knowledge, also have excellent communication skills. I joined TÜV SÜD in 2001 and was promoted to be manager of Zhejiang Province in 2006. In 2010, I was an management member of central region in Shanghai. I would like to share some feelings in TÜV SÜD: Firstly, TÜV SÜD thinks highly of talent development, it has a series of training course for different positions. I have attended many training courses after I join TÜV SÜD including new staff orientation, business knowledge to enhance training, communication skills, orienteering training and so on. I also participated in the training focus on cultivating talent leadership programs such as CHAMP program in AP level and the JUMP program for global talent development . All these trainings make me learn a lot, not only for my work, but also for my life and values. At last, I would like to share is that opportunity will give who is ready for. Although this job need hard-working and great efforts, nothing is impossible - if we set up proper job objective and just do it.

I joined TÜV SÜD China Shanghai Branch in October 2007 as E&E sales representative. In February 2008 I started to promote PV products related certification service, and achieved several millions sales revenue in first year. I was promoted to PV Products Business Development Executive in May 2009 due to my good performance. And in July 2010, I became PV department manager. For me, the most key point for develop business, especially for new business, should be take opportunities. In my spare time, I like to talk with my friends, go out to look for new friends and business opportunities. I feel so fortunate to be familiar with you in our big family, and it will be an unforgettable memory in my life.

My first day in TÜV SÜD, something like walking on eggshells because of the very different work atmosphere. But soon, I tried to take off my serious face and smiled to my lovely colleagues. I began to sing praises of owning the everything beautiful in it. The lovely teammates, excellent management team and good work atmosphere make me feel comfortable and enjoyable. TÜV SÜD is not only a company, but also a big family, a family with combination of Chinese and German culture. How time flies, I have been working in TÜV SÜD for 13 years, from an engineer at the junior level to a Technical Certifier, from testing to laboratory construction and management, from the department manager in the field of professional to cross product line manager, with the growth and development of the company, there are lot of personal develop opportunities. This is a very meaningful work, I feel my work can really help domestic enterprise to sell products to all over the world, also can help the consumer buy more safe and reliable products. On the way, I always feel that time is not enough in this quick changing Industry. TÜV SÜD is a learning-oriented enterprise; we have to catch up new technology, to follow up the standards committee update requirements, understanding the change and update each country’s entry requirements. We need to arrange, filter and digest large amounts of information, then deliver to our clients. People often ask me how I can work in this company for so long. I think about it and found the answer is very simple, it is company core values and culture identity. No company is perfect, just like no one is perfect. But because I love this company, we work hard, with the company can be better, and expect I can harvest more from here.
