Responsibilities:

1. Handle monthly payroll and tax declaration to ensure timely delivery and accuracy;

2. Handle monthly social insurance and housing fund declaration;

3. Responsible for employee exit process;

4. Maintain and update the E-HR portal and SAP system;

5. Handle the commercial insurance program and annual health check;

6. In charge of the employee contract preparation and management;

7. Provide C&B related service to employees such as income and employment certification;

8. Personnel files management;

9. Provide periodical reports to the department Manager;

10. Performs the ad-hoc assignment as required.

 

Requirements:                               

1. Bachelor Degree holder in Business/ Human Resources Management or related disciplines;
2. 1+ years working experience in HR field and 0.5+ years working experience in C&B function
3. Possess good business acumen, interpersonal, organizational and problem solving skills;
4. Able to work under pressure, decision making and dare to take challenges;
5. Advanced writing and communication skills in both English and Chinese.
