Responsibilities:

1.Welcomes clients and visitors and directing them to their place of appointment in a professional manner;

  欢迎接待访客,以专业的商务礼仪引导访客;

2.Maintains high standards of presentation in the reception area and the conference room;

  为访客提供高质量的前台区域及会议室介绍;

3.Coordinates booking and controlling use of conference rooms;

  协调管理预订会议室的使用安排;

4.Arranges daily internal and external courier delivery;

  安排每日内外部的快递服务; 

5.Handles and filters all incoming calls in professional manner;

  以专业的礼仪处理筛选所有的呼叫电话;

6.Manages flights and hotel logistics;

  管理公司航班及酒店预订等工作;

7.Arrange the expense from building management, courier and suppliers;

  安排管理日常费用,如楼宇管理、快递及供应商的付费等; 

8.Provides administrative support;

  提供行政支持;

9.Performs ad-hoc assignments as required;

 完成其他要求的临时任务;

Requirements:

1. College or above; 

  大专以上学历;

2. Minimum 1 year relevant experience;

  1年的相关工作经验更优;

3. Good telephone manner with pleasant personality;

  具有良好的电话沟通技巧礼仪; 

4. Independent, responsible, mature, stable and outgoing;

  性格外向,等独立开展工作,负责任,稳定;

5. Good computer skills including Chinese Word Processing and MS Office;

  拥有良好的电脑技巧;

6. Advanced level in spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin;

  中英文沟通流利;
